Services Section

The services section appears below the hero on your home page. It introduces your list of services with a heading, a description, and a call-to-action button. The service cards themselves (names, descriptions, icons) are managed in the services collection — see Managing Services.

Where to Find It

1. Log in to Directus.
2. Click Content in the left sidebar.
3. Click home (for English) or home_es (for Spanish).
4. Scroll down to the Services Section fields.

Field Reference

Field	What it does
services_subtitle	The small uppercase label above the heading (e.g., “What We Do”)
services_title	The section heading (e.g., “Our Services”)
services_description	The paragraph of text below the heading
services_helper	A small note displayed below the CTA button (optional — extra info for visitors)
services_btn	The call-to-action button linking to your services pages

Step-by-Step: Editing the Services Section

1. Open the home collection (or home_es for Spanish).
2. Scroll down to find the services_subtitle, services_title, and services_description fields.
3. Click each field and update the text as needed.
4. To update the helper note, click the services_helper field and type your text.
5. Click Save when done.

What Happens If I Leave a Field Empty?

Field	If left empty…
services_subtitle	The small label above the heading won’t appear
services_title	The section will have no heading
services_description	No description paragraph will appear
services_helper	No helper note appears below the button — that’s fine

Tip

The services_helper field is optional. Many sites leave it empty. Only use it if you have a short note you want visitors to see near the button (e.g., “No travel fees within Eagle Pass”).
