Trust & Expertise

The Trust section builds confidence with visitors, and the Expertise section highlights your qualifications and experience. Both appear in the middle portion of the About page.

Where to Find It

1. Log in to Directus.
2. Click Content in the left sidebar.
3. Click about (for English) or about_es (for Spanish).
4. Scroll down to the Trust Section and Expertise Section fields.

Trust Section Fields

Field	What it does
trust_title	The heading for the Trust section
trust_subtitle	A secondary line of text below the heading
trust_description	The description paragraph — supports markdown formatting

Step-by-Step: Editing the Trust Section

1. Open the about collection.
2. Click the trust_title field and update the heading.
3. Click the trust_subtitle field and update the secondary text.
4. Click the trust_description field and update the paragraph.
5. Click Save.

Tip

The Trust section is a great place to mention any licenses, certifications, or guarantees your business offers.

Expertise Section Fields

experience_list	A bulleted list of experience highlights — supports markdown formatting

Step-by-Step: Editing the Expertise Section

1. Open the about collection.
2. Click the expertise_title field and update the heading.
3. Click the expertise_subtitle field and update the secondary text.
4. Click the expertise_description field and update the paragraph.
5. To update the photo, click expertise_img and upload a new image.
6. Click the experience_list field and update the list of highlights.
7. Click Save.

Formatting the Experience List

The experience_list field uses markdown. To create a bullet list, start each line with - :

- 25+ years of hands-on experience
- Licensed and insured in Texas
- Serving Eagle Pass and surrounding areas since 1998
- Specialized in leveling, plumbing, and electrical repairs
